Paper Dolls is a set of life-size interactive dress-up dolls. Made from laser-cut masonite, they feature posable arms and 20 different articles of clothing. All 20 pieces of clothing are designed to fit both the boy and the girl. Both of the children, as well as the clothing, are painted in acrylic with a colored pencil overlay and protective enamel finish. Each child is 48" tall.

 

Concepts explored include interaction, childhood, adult/child participation, and the concept of toys as art.
